BLEND TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk(or any milk you prefer)
Pour blended mixture into baking tray (20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) buttered pan)
NOW MIX THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A SEPARATE BOWL AND THEN ADD IT INTO THE BATTER ALREADY IN THE PAN.
1 cup oats
1 apple chopped
1/2 cup raisins
Mix it into the batter in the pan
20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) buttered pan
Bake at 180C (350F) 30-35 min
Serve with ice cream, custard or whipped cream.
