Delicious Bread – No Longer Off Limits on Keto
Recipe 1:
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of oatmeal.
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups of yogurt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup walnuts (optional)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Add any nuts and seeds to taste
Method:
Use a 30/11 cm bread pan
sprinkle a few sesame seeds over the top
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.


Recipe 2:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 150 g yogurt
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 1/2 cups grams of rolled oats ground in a blender
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Add any nuts and seeds you wish i.e sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds
Mix all ingredients together well
Bake in preheated oven at 180C 360F for 25 minutes
